The jars have been painted, baked and then distressed. The neck of the jar has been wrapped with jute before being tied into a bow. The pint jars measure 5.2 inches (13.3 cm) tall and are 2.5 inches (6.3 cm) at the mouth. The quart jars measure 6.9 inches tall.
These jars are not waterproof. They should not be submerged in water or placed in the dishwasher. If cleaning is necessary, wipe with a damp cloth and pat dry.

The quality was fine, unfortunately this item did not ship as quickly as I thought it would. Arrived after the date I needed the item -- order placed May 3rd - received May 25th -- I was unaware that would be this type of delay. There was no communication from the seller that it would take 20 days from the date of my payment to ship out.
